
ABOUT GUY
For me, fitness has always been an integral part of my life. I was a keen footballer in my youth and gained a degree in Sport and Exercise Science before training as a PT.
I find it really rewarding to help my clients get fitter and stronger using cardio and resistance based training whilst also making sessions fun at the same time.
My particular expertise is in recovery and rehabilitation having supported clients who have suffered from strokes, those diagnosed with Parkinsons and people recovering from knee and hip operations.
I am always keen to meet new clients and help them reach their goals.
